Original Law & Order episode scene ending?

Does anybody know the specific episode name of a particular Law & Order The Original: It was an older episode i dont know what detectives or investigators it was. All i remember was seeing the ending where they found a woman lying dead on a floor as one is on the phone while the other is kneeling down beside her checking her vital signs and checks her pupils and i can see the white part of her eyeball, indicating she was already dead. Does anybody know the name of this episode? Does anybody have a copy? If so please contact me off list or messenger.

Thanks

That episode is actually Law and Order: SVU. It's episode 16 of Season 2, and it's called 'Runaway'. In this episode the SVU detectives are trying to track down a girl named Jill Foster, who's the daughter of a decorated cop. She's ran away and gets rapped up in the underground rave scene...they try to go undercover with the help of a teenager named Tito, but things get way bad and the dept. gets put under this big inquiry and Alex Cabot (ADA) is even dragged into it...noone will speak against Capt. Cragen, and in the end, nothing but a slap on the wrist is in order. IAB's biggest beef w/ Donnie (Cragen) was that the hostage negotiation protocol was breeched because he let the guy (Foster, the cop) go back in with the 'hostages' and didn't disarm him. The one you saw on the radio requesting an ambulance was Olivia Benson, the one kneeling over in the floor was Elliot Stabler, and the dead girl was none other, than one Jill Foster.
